Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CRITERIA
We ship to the
following countries: India.
Orders can only be
shipped within the country you are shopping in. You cannot ship to anywhere
outside of that country. For example, if you are shopping in the India online
store, you can only ship to locations within the India.
Orders
will normally be shipped out within 24 hours of completed payment, but on
occassion the process may take longer (Max - 2 days). Orders will only be
shipped during normal business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Holidays),
during normal business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm ).
Orders will be delivered in 2-3 days.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- For
prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
For Cash On Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken.
- Once
the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Athlocity
liability.
- Estimated
delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date
of dispatch. Athlocity is not responsible for any delays caused by customs
clearance processes.
- If
you want to return or exchange your order, registered users must log in to
your registered account. Go to your ‘My Account’ and to ‘Returns &
Exchanges’ and submit a request within 14 days of receiving your
order.
- If
you want to cancel your order, log into your account and go to ‘My
Orders’. You can cancel your order up until the point where you
receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent
to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your
order can no longer be cancelled
